Our personnel: The main leaders and factory managers on each production line are among the first local experts to produce stand-up bags (currently, many line leaders at soft packaging factories in the Chaoshan area are their apprentices). They all came from the same factory (back in 1990, there was only one factory in Shantou that specialized in making stand-up pouches), fostering a perfect synergy.
